Tillio helps you compare shopping routes before checkout. We design the app to avoid sensitive financial data and to keep wallet setup simple.

Information You Enter

You may choose to enter generic wallet information such as membership names, loyalty scheme names, point balances, card names, cashback app names, manually entered card offers, saved products, saved routes and route feedback.

Do not enter full card numbers, bank credentials, or retailer account passwords into Tillio.

Shopping Links And Route Checks

When you paste a shopping link, Tillio may process the URL, retailer domain, estimated product details, selected wallet settings and generated route results so the app can calculate an estimated effective price.

Offer and product information may come from Tillio-managed catalogues, approved partner sources, retailer, affiliate, cashback or gift card sources, and information you choose to enter. Tillio does not ask users for retailer, loyalty or banking passwords.

Accounts And Sync

Tillio may use private account identifiers so app data can sync without asking for an email address during wallet setup. Any new account options will be reflected in this policy and in the app.

Analytics And Diagnostics

Tillio may use analytics and diagnostics to understand app usage, product performance and reliability. We do not use this information to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Location And Store Visit Reminders

If you choose to enable smart balance reminders, Tillio may ask for notification and location permission so iOS can watch supported store areas for your selected loyalty schemes. After you leave a supported store, Tillio can prompt you to enter your spend, bonus conditions and any stored value used so your loyalty balance estimate stays up to date.

Store visit reminders are optional, can be turned off in Wallet or Settings, and are not used for advertising or cross-app tracking. Tillio does not store raw coordinates or ask for loyalty account passwords.

Subscriptions

Tillio Premium subscriptions are handled through Apple and trusted subscription services. Tillio receives subscription status, product identifiers and entitlement status so the app can unlock Premium features. Payment details are handled by Apple.

Affiliate Links

Some retailer links may earn Tillio a commission. Routes are ranked by estimated user value, not by commission. Affiliate tracking parameters may be added when you choose to continue to a retailer.

Data Choices

Inside Settings, you can delete wallet data, export a local copy of your Tillio data, reset app data and request account data deletion where synced data exists.

Retention

Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, reset app data or uninstall the app. Synced data is retained only as long as needed to provide app functionality, improve route quality and meet legal or operational requirements.

Children

Tillio is not directed to children under 13.
